The article provides a nice summary of our approach to the project and the work that went into the transformation. In this case the project was a classic mid-century modern home originally designed by renowned post-WWII architect Lester Avery.

The home had fallen into disrepair and was purchased as a foreclosure. The original home had the square footage increased over the years with additions, but it was illegally chopped up into a three-unit rental property.
